In this hands-on manufacturing role, you'll play an important part in ensuring products meet our quality standards through powder coating, inspection, preparation, and finishing activities in a collaborative production environment.Why You'll Love This RoleFour-day workweek: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PMOvertime opportunities availableFree access to our on-site fitness centerEligibility for our Production Bonus PlanTotal Rewards & Pay- Full-time team members are eligible for:Base pay: $20.00-$23.88 per hour, based on qualifications and experienceProduction Bonus Plan eligibility based on performance metrics401(k) savings plan with 4% employer matchMedical, dental, vision, HSA, and reimbursement accountsPaid time off, including paid holidaysLife, AD&D, and disability coverageEmployee discounts, EAP with free counseling sessions, identity protection, and legal servicesOn-site fitness center access includedWhat You'll Do:Work collaboratively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.Apply powder coatings to components and finished products according to quality standards.Mask parts and prepare surfaces for coating.Load and unload parts throughout the coating process.Buff surfaces and remove weld splatter as needed.Inspect painted and powder-coated parts to ensure quality expectations are met.Assist with cleaning and maintaining powder coating equipment.Follow established safety procedures and quality requirements.Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsPrevious powder coating or industrial painting experience.Ability to safely use power tools.Strong attention to detail and quality.Understanding of workplace safety practices.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent.Previous manufacturing or production experience.Physical Requirements & Work EnvironmentWork near moving machinery and production equipment.Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds.
