Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill is looking for a driven, high-energy Store Manager to lead our Brunswick location and help continue the growth of one of the region’s most exciting sports bar brands.

• Lead daily front-of-house operations with confidence, urgency, and positivity
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing hospitality team
• Create an upbeat, guest-focused environment during every shift
• Drive sales, execute promotions, and maintain operational standards
• Handle guest concerns professionally and help create memorable experiences
• Work directly with upper management on performance goals and business growth
• Lead by example during high-volume nights, game days, and special events
• Uphold the Hotshots culture and hospitality mindset:

• 3+ years of restaurant, bar, or hospitality management experience
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Passion for hospitality, team culture, and guest experience
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and busy event nights
