$43,000–$47,000+ per year + Monthly Bonus Opportunities
Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill is looking for a driven, high-energy Store Manager to lead our Brunswick location and help continue the growth of one of the region’s most exciting sports bar brands.

This isn’t corporate restaurant management. At Hotshots, the games are loud, the energy is high, and every shift is different. We’re looking for leaders who can create a great atmosphere, develop strong teams, and keep guests coming back.
What You’ll Do- Lead daily front-of-house operations with confidence, urgency, and positivity
- Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing hospitality team
- Create an upbeat, guest-focused environment during every shift
- Drive sales, execute promotions, and maintain operational standards
- Handle guest concerns professionally and help create memorable experiences
- Work directly with upper management on performance goals and business growth
- Lead by example during high-volume nights, game days, and special events

- 3+ years of restaurant, bar, or hospitality management experience
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Passion for hospitality, team culture, and guest experience
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and busy event nights
