Shift: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Maryland license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position. In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver’s license.

Unit Details: Pre-, intra-, and post-cardiac procedure care for left and right heart caths, PCI (primary and elective), IABP, lithotripsy, atherectomy, pericardiocentesis, temporary pacemakers, TEE, CV, dobutamine stress echos, conscious sedation administration, CRM device implants, EP studies, and ablations. Cath and device implants can be done in both labs; EP is done in one lab only. EP is done only on Tuesday, Thursday, and some Friday afternoons (inpatient only).

Shift & Scheduling: All jobs with a 12-hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week. Monday through Friday; unit hours of operation are 7:30am to 8:00pm. On-call required: must stay within 30 minutes response to hospital; weekend on-call rotation every 4th weekend, with weeknight on-call varying.
