What You’ll Do As a Yardi Systems Support Specialist I , you’ll be the go‑to for 1st level Yardi support—providing troubleshooting and guidance to ensure our teams can use the platform effectively and efficiently. You’ll: Respond to support tickets and assist users with Yardi system questions and corrections Identify issues related to user training, processes, or configuration needs Help set up new users, permissions, and vendors in the Yardi system Monitor and resolve Yardi system performance issues Support multiple system integrations and vendor interfaces Recommend training opportunities to enhance user knowledge Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve user experience What You Should Bring 1–3 years of experience with Yardi, Rent Café, or Yardi CRM 1–3 years of relevant technical support experience in a remote or multi‑site environment Strong problem‑solving , customer service , and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting , or similar platforms Passion for helping others and improving processes Bonus Points For but not required: Familiarity with SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) General ledger or accounting experience Why You’ll Love It Here At Monarch, we believe people make the difference.
