Kidney Care Dietitian: Transform Lives with Nutrition
U.S. Renal Care
U.S. Renal Care seeks a Dietitian to join an interdisciplinary team delivering nutrition care for patients with kidney disease. You will work under the supervision of an RDN Regional Manager to conduct patient assessments and develop tailored therapeutic diets. You will review labs and educate on fluids, sodium, potassium, and CKD-Mineral and Bone Disorder management, while participating in monthly care conferences and coordinating with physicians and staff to improve patient outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr U.S. Renal Care
