Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs, preferences, and budget, developing tailored culinary proposals. Liaise with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure menu accuracy, quality, and timely preparation of food. Manage on-site event setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Oversee inventory of event supplies, catering equipment, and manage vendor relationships for rentals and services. Maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene, and professionalism throughout all events. Requirements Proven experience in event coordination, preferably within the catering or hospitality industry. Strong understanding of culinary arts, menu planning, and food presentation.
