HCC Coder: Risk Adjustment & Coding Specialist

GeBBS Healthcare Solutions is seeking an HCC Coder to assign Hierarchical Condition Category codes from clinical documentation to support risk adjustment and compliant reimbursement. This full-time on-site role is based in Chanhassen, MN, reviewing records and applying ICD codes per current guidelines.
