Responsibilities $41 Qualifications • Experience in customer service, preferably within the finance industry • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to clients • Proven track record of maintaining professionalism and empathy in all client interactions • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities • Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to document interactions accurately • Ability to work independently and take ownership of client issues until resolution • Experience in processing financial transactions and account maintenance tasks accurately and efficiently
