Roto-Rooter is seeking an experienced estimator with insurance claims experience to join our fast-growing water restoration team for our Southeast Region. This is a full-time, on-site position based out of downtown Cincinnati, OH. You will be provided with company paid parking at a nearby parking facility. Responsibilities Use Xactimate estimating software to write detailed water restoration estimates for residential and commercial customers. Maintain communication with customers and insurance adjusters. Submit estimates to insurance companies for payment. Requirements Xactimate software and estimate writing experience is preferred. Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding organizational, time management and follow-up skills. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills. WRT/ASD certification is required within 90 days of employment.
