This position is for our Park Side Dialysis in Westerville, Ohio Some details about this position: * Operational Hours: M/W/F 4am - 4:30pm & T/Th/Sat 5am - 3:30pm LPN expected shifts for this clinic: 3-4 days/week with a minimum of two Saturdays/month and can be asked to start as early as 4:00 am * Hours of work may vary during the training period; however, you will typically be working between 32-40 hours per week during training * You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday * Paid training: DaVita offers all new dialysis teammates a robust, paid training program to help you learn the right dialysis skills. The training is a mix of classroom and hands on training. * Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic * Some floating to other facilities within the region during and after your training * You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays What you can expect: * Build meaningful and long term relationships with patients and their family in an intimate outpatient setting. * Be a part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment. * Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge. * You will work with your head, heart and hands each day in a fast paced environment.
