Warehouse Shipping And Receiving Coordinator

Schedule: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Responsibilities:

Experience with shipping and receiving procedures
Preparing and printing shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs
Collaborates and communicates with customer service and other departments involved in the shipment of products and orders
Tracks, traces, and updates the status of outgoing shipments.
Update inventory records using computerized systems, ensuring that the inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
Coordinating with purchasing department regarding discrepancies between ordered and received goods
Forklift operating
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong sense of time organization and urgency
Able to work independently and within a small team
Strong computer and math skills. Must be proficient in working on computers
Previous experience shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse
