Job Description Cherry Picker / Reach Truck Operator Automation Personnel Services is seeking a professional, customer-focused Cherry Picker / Reach Truck Operator to join our team. The Reach Truck / Cherry Picker Operator is responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment to move, locate, stack, and stage materials within the warehouse. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time. Zip Code: 77073 Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday–Friday: 05:00 AM – 02:30PM (OT available) Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Monday-Friday: 02:30PM – 01:00AM (OT available) Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Cherry Picker / Reach Truck Operator Duties and Responsibilities Operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Pick, pull, stage, and replenish inventory. Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments. Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy. Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Inspect equipment before each shift and report any safety concerns. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Cherry Picker / Reach Truck Operator Qualifications and Requirements Previous experience operating a Reach Truck and/or Cherry Picker required. Ability to pass a forklift equipment evaluation. Experience using RF scanners preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Comfortable working at heights. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
