We create software that detects issues in live operations, orchestrates maintenance and repair workflows, evaluates airworthiness, and helps technicians return constrained assets to service quickly and safely.This team owns the operational backbone that connects fleet health, maintenance execution, technician operations, and return-to-service decisions into a single reliability platform. The systems we build directly influence aircraft availability, delivery capacity, operational safety, and the network’s ability to scale reliably.What you will ownYou will own software in the critical path of fleet reliability and maintenance operations, including:fleet health and asset visibility systems that track the operational state of aircraft, infrastructure, and distributed site assetsmaintenance orchestration platforms for issue management, work orders, technician workflows, and scheduled maintenance executionairworthiness and configuration control systems that evaluate whether aircraft can safely return to serviceusage tracking and lifecycle systems that monitor component wear and drive preventative maintenance policiesoperational tooling used by maintenance teams, service engineering, and flight operations to diagnose issues, coordinate interventions, and maintain fleet readinessreliability automation and event-driven systems that connect live operational signals to issue detection and repair workflowsHard problems, real ownershipMost software roles optimize digital experiences. Please note that this is a target starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash payment for this role will depend on various factors, including a specific candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, working location, and projected impact.
