Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth capabilities to provide therapy services. This innovative approach allows you to connect with clients comfortably, fostering a safe and nurturing environment. The regular work hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with potential for some weekend and evening appointments as required by client availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate solution-focused and evidence-based practices.

  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address the unique circumstances of each client.

  • Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in documentation to enhance treatment continuity.

  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists to deliver exceptional care.

  • Engage in regular case discussions and peer review sessions to refine therapeutic strategies, ensuring the highest quality of client care.

  • Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment processes, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery journey.

  • Stay informed about emerging research and clinical advancements in mental health treatment, incorporating best practices into your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide services to a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related issues. Our holistic approach enables us to cater to the unique needs of each individual, fostering recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • An active, unrestricted license to practice in Florida as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Psychologist (LP), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  • Deep understanding and expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions tailored to diverse client populations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, vital for establishing therapeutic relationships and creating a welcoming environment for clients.
