This remote role allows for flexibility while maintaining a supportive work culture. You'll have the opportunity to set your own schedule to some extent, accommodating client appointments which may include evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing established evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to develop and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning when necessary.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical, professional, and legal standards.
\n
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared healing experiences among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals dealing with a range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and other trauma-related issues. Working with diverse populations, you will engage clients of various ages and backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs and cultural contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and an ability to apply them effectively in practice.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong assessment and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and previous work in hospice or end-of-life care settings is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
