Virginia Division Manager

Leading a dedicated team, the full-time salaried Virginia Division Manager will oversee operations, manage client escalations, and provide training while working remotely with occasional travel within Virginia. Key responsibilities Manage all operations, including client escalations and team training needs Conduct interviews and handle HR concerns in collaboration with the Field Team Operations Manager Review and approve intakes for processing and support Service Facilitators in improving paperwork accuracy Required qualifications Proficient knowledge of Consumer directed Medicaid waiver services and related paperwork At least 1 year of management experience with a focus on training and quality checks Experience with HR functions, including hiring, performance improvement plans, and time tracking Strong working relationships with local referral sources such as Department of Social Services and Community Service Boards Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with a solution-minded approach to problem-solving
