Contract | Days | 4x10-hour shifts (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM) | Rotating weekends | Holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to acute inpatient and rehabilitation unit patients, with potential coverage in the ICU based on experience and need
• Treat a caseload of approximately 10–12 patients per day across diagnoses including orthopedic/total joints, neurological conditions, strokes, and general medical cases
• Deliver therapy services within both acute inpatient and rehab unit settings, with cross-coverage between units as assigned
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes using EPIC EMR
• Participate in department-specific orientation, including working Monday–Friday during the onboarding period

Required Qualifications

• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Idaho (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of licensed experience in acute inpatient or rehabilitation settings
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with ICU patient populations
• Familiarity with orthopedic, neurological, and general medical patient diagnoses in a hospital setting
