Location: Cary, NC 27513

Work Type: Onsite during training ? Hybrid opportunity

Duration: 36 months

Schedule: MondayFriday

Training Schedule: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM for approximately 812 weeks

Regular Schedule: 11:30 AM 8:00 PM

Work Location

• Training must be completed onsite at the Cary, NC location.
• After meeting performance goals, there may be an opportunity to work hybrid (2 days onsite / 3 days remote) .

Required Qualification

• At least 1 year of heavy call center experience is required.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls related to prescription status, payments, and general questions.
• Make outbound calls to schedule medication deliveries and collect payment information.
• Update customer profiles accurately to support timely medication delivery.
• Resolve customer questions or connect them with the appropriate team when needed.
• Maintain clear and concise notes regarding customer interactions and referral status.
• Assist customers with refill requests, prescription status, insurance information, and invoice requests.
• Answer questions during refill scheduling and transfer clinical questions to pharmacists or nurses when appropriate.
• Identify and report adverse events and product complaints to the appropriate clinical team.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on team and program requirements.
