Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field
• Valid teaching license (out-of-state licenses considered with ability to secure SC reciprocity)
• Previous experience in a general education classroom setting preferred
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learning needs
• Excellent communication skills with students, families, and colleagues

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instruction in all subjects to 4th grade students
• Develop and implement lesson plans adhering to state standards
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that encourages academic and personal growth
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student achievements and concerns
• Collaborate with fellow educators to support school-wide initiatives and student success
