Medicaid Case Manager

This role focuses specifically on Medicaid Long-Term Care (LTC) and home and community-based services (HCBS) , helping seniors and their families navigate the complexities of the Medicaid system. This is a client-facing role requiring compassion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple Medicaid applications at various stages.
