Qualifications:

• Current and active Kansas SLP license required
• Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Committed to fostering student growth and success

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
• Document and track outcomes, maintaining compliance with all regulations
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training as needed
• Adapt therapy techniques to best support each student’s learning style
• Specific caseload details (age group, number of students) will be provided as soon as available
