Warehouse/Services Supply Chain Supervisor

AbbVie seeks a Warehouse/Services Supply Chain Supervisor in North Chicago to oversee warehousing and distribution operations supporting manufacturing and site services. The role requires ensuring regulatory compliance, managing staff, and maintaining efficient operations across FDA, DEA, OSHA, and other compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse staff and direct daily operations to meet departmental goals
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Develop work schedules, manage personnel records, and conduct performance reviews
Interact with internal and external customers regarding procedures and requests
Identify and implement process improvements and resolve operational problems

Requirements

Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent education and work experience
2+ years related warehouse, supply chain, or operations experience
Ability to read and understand English-language procedures
May require Controlled Drug Agent status with security clearance
Knowledge of FDA, DEA, OSHA, GTC, and TSA regulatory requirements
