Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack), Forward EngineeringAs a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) you will join our pivotal Forward Engineering team responsible for reimagining critical TR business functions by developing enterprise-grade AI systems that deliver measurable business value. This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you will work closely with senior functional leaders to facilitate end-to-end optimization of business processes and workflows through the development of scalable, AI-first solutions.About The RoleAs a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack), you will be hands-on in designing, building, and delivering innovative AI-powered solutions, drive technical strategy and embed within business units to reimagine processes and accelerate TR's AI-first transformation.Build & Design AI-Driven Systems Define technical standards and best practices for rapid prototyping and lead solution discoveryHands-on design and prototyping of complex, enterprise-scale AI-driven systemsPersonally build engaging front-ends using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSSDirectly develop robust back-ends with Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, and cloud infrastructure, including API design, data modeling, and AI service integrationProvide Senior Technical Leadership Contribute to technical design decisions across the stack, including architecture, API design, and system integration patternsLead technical architecture decisions and translate high-level business requirements into comprehensive, scalable technical specificationsMentor other engineers on the team, fostering technical growth and career developmentServe as a senior thought leader, driving technical discussions in executive forums and representing Forward Engineering at internal eventsLead Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a technical leader for full stack projects through prioritization decisions, scoping out timelines, guiding the work of other engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional partnersEmbed directly with prioritized business units to develop deep domain expertise and build stakeholder relationshipsPartner with business leaders, functional SMEs, and product teams to co-create solutions and drive adoptionDocument solutions and architectural decisions for knowledge transfer and capability buildingAbout YouYou are a fit for the position if you have:Required Skills and Experience Core Engineering Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience; The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $94,900 USD - $176,300 USD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
