Retail Supervisor

Maintain the retail dining services operation Ensure client and Dining Services Director expectations are met or exceeded Respond to market trends and customer demands while producing fiscally responsible outcomes Work professionally and cooperatively as a member of the dining services management team Supervise and coordinate all retail sales activities under the direction of the Dining Services Director Maintain an organized system of comprehensive retail record keeping Maintain established food presentation standards Participate in Food Committee meetings Plan and implement corporate retail marketing initiatives Maintain complete records of special events and pace changers in the retail operation Provide marketing summaries to the CDShome office upon completion Maintain good public relations with customers, clients, staff, vendors, and the community Achieve high levels of customer and client satisfaction Requirements Retail sales experience ServSafe Certification College degree preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in retail dining operations, ensuring client satisfaction and effective marketing initiatives while maintaining food presentation standards and comprehensive record keeping.
