The Assistant Project Manager will support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects within the property industry. Description Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and reports. Support the Project Manager in resolving issues and addressing challenges that arise during construction. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Contribute to cost control efforts by monitoring expenses and identifying efficiencies. Collaborate with the team to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
