Hiring Experienced Caregivers for the Coastside

Half Moon Bay • Moss Beach • El Granada • Montara • Pacifica

Home Helpers Home Care is expanding our team and is actively hiring experienced Caregivers, Home Care Aides (HCA), CNAs, and HHAs to provide one-on-one care for seniors living in Half Moon Bay, Moss Beach, El Granada, Montara, Pacifica, and nearby areas.

Pay & Schedule

• $22–$25 per hour (based on client assignment)
• Paid every other week on Friday
• Daily Pay available through Tapcheck

Immediate Openings

• 4-hour shifts
• 6-hour shifts
• 8-hour shifts
• Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
• Weekdays and weekend shifts
• Live-in assignments
• Part-time opportunities

Caregivers who live on the Coastside or are willing to regularly travel to coastal communities are especially encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

Provide one-on-one care that helps seniors remain safe and independent at home, including:

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Dementia and Alzheimer's care
• Hospice support
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify employer)
• Caregiving experience preferred (professional or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Current California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willing to obtain
• Current negative TB test (or willing to complete before starting)
• Reliable transportation
• Able to communicate effectively in English
