Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for an Emergency Room position to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, experienced in emergency settings, and able to work night shifts with available floating support.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive emergency care to trauma and acute patients
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient treatment plans
• Monitor patient conditions and update documentation accurately
• Administer medications and treatments following protocol and physician orders
• Respond promptly to emergencies and assist in resuscitation efforts
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
  Qualifications:
• Hold an active Missouri or compact nursing license
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
• Maintain current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Capable of floating between units as needed
• Able to work night shifts, including every 3rd weekend
