Member Experience Associate

Overview The Member Experience Associate (MEA) delivers outstanding service and meets sales targets across multiple AAA branch locations, including on Saturdays. The role rotates between branches to support overall branch success. Responsibilities Perform customer interactions including member services and product sales, applying consultative sales techniques to uncover needs, present solutions, and close opportunities. Promote AAA products and services to members to achieve individual and branch goals. Provide member services in areas such as concierge, DMV/MVD, auto travel, unlicensed insurance services, and smart home security. Apply operational excellence by ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and end‑to‑end process efficiencies. Adapt communication style and service delivery to each branch environment and member base. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 2–4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role. Sales experience required; experience in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers highly valued. Strong customer service orientation, active listening, adaptability, and ability to quickly learn multiple product lines and systems. Proficiency with computer systems and applications. Valid driver’s license; bonding/fingerprinting and P&C licensing may be required. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding predefined sales standards. Customer service experience. Compensation Starting rate: $23.00–$26.95 hourly. Target incentive plan: $270–$3,500 annually, based on performance.
