What you'll do:

Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and support close processes
Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and journal entries
Partner with operations to support inventory and cost-related analysis
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

What you bring:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of accounting experience (distribution or inventory experience is a plus)
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Detail-oriented mindset with solid Excel and system skills
