Groundskeeper / Janitor
Overview: This position will perform a combination of Groundskeeping and Janitorial work for an apartment complex. General Duties: Pick up grounds dailyClean up dumpster enclosure daily
Clean vacant units - vacuum, wipe surfaces, dusting, painting, etc.
Deliver letters & notices
Clean leasing office & other offices as needed
Assist with general maintenance
