ROLE: MDM Reltio Technical Consultant

Job Description:

"As a Reltio Technical Consultant, the associate will engage in the following MDM Reltio functions.

Data Modeling & Mastering Strategy
• Design L3/L4 data models including attributes, data types, and constraints
• Define mastering rules:
oSurvivorship rules
oMatch & merge strategies
oTrust and source ranking
• Configure:
oMatch rules (exact, fuzzy, phonetic, weighted)
oMerge rules and survivorship logic
• Design data stewardship workflows for manual resolution

Support Architecture & Design
• Design end to end Reltio MDM architecture aligned with business goals and enterprise data strategy
• Define entity models, relationships, hierarchies, and reference data structures
• Architect multi domain MDM solutions (Customer, Product, Party, Location, Account, etc.)
• Ensure extensibility, scalability, performance, and security of Reltio implementations
• Define cloud native integration patterns (event driven, API based, batch)

Integration Architecture
• Design and govern integrations between Reltio and:
• Source systems (CRM, Core Banking, ERP, Policy, Claims, POS)
• Downstream consumers (Data Lake, Analytics, Reporting, Digital apps)
• Define API based integration patterns (REST, GraphQL)
• Architect real time vs batch vs event driven data flows
• Leverage Reltio components:
oReltio APIs
oReltio Integration Hub
oKafka/Event Streams (if applicable)
• Ensure error handling, retries, reconciliation, and monitoring
Data Governance & Quality
Define enterprise data governance framework using Reltio capabilities
• Establish:
• Data ownership and stewardship roles
• Data quality KPIs and thresholds
• Business rules and validations
• Configure DQ rules, validations, and exception handling
• Support compliance needs (especially in BFSI):
oRegulatory reporting
oAuditability
oData lineage and traceability"

Essential Skills: Reltio experience. Proficient in MDM design principles and practices
