Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients, discerning their mental health challenges, strengths, and resources available to them.

  • Provide individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities to address clients' unique needs.

  • Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy to facilitate healing and personal growth.

  • Develop personalized treatment plans with explicit goals and interventions, ensuring that each client receives customized care.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create cohesive treatment strategies.

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will work with a diverse clientele consisting of individuals, couples, and families from varied backgrounds and life experiences. Qualifications\n

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

  • Current and active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
