Texas Customer Care Representative

Working remotely in Texas, the full-time 2nd Shift Customer Care Representative will manage inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, handling 60-80 calls daily while providing exceptional customer service during shifts primarily starting after 2pm CST, including weekends. Key responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound calls, addressing inquiries and providing support to members and clients Progressively manage more complex customer service tasks as skills develop Maintain a quiet and distraction-free home workspace to ensure effective communication Required qualifications Must currently reside in Texas 1 year of Call Center experience 6 months of Customer Service experience Basic typing and computer experience with excellent navigational skills High-speed Internet access with specified minimum upload and download speeds
