Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license and active CCC certification
• Previous experience in a school setting, especially with autistic students (K-12) is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of IEP processes, goal-setting, and progress monitoring
• Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices is a plus

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 autistic students
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services in both group and individual formats
• Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to support student learning
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Serve as a resource to families and advocate for student needs
