Construction Project Manager

Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year Benefits Competitive Compensation Packages Complete Benefits Package (medical, dental, vision) 401k Retirement Plan w/ Match Maternity/Paternity Leave 20 PTO Days + Company Paid Holidays Flexible Work Schedule Responsibilities Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management including project planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Negotiating contracts with architects, vendors, contractors and other workers. Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards. Directing and supervising construction workers and subcontractors. Implementing effective cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget. Resolving contract disputes and design problems that may arise during the construction process. Leading and managing project teams to ensure optimal performance and productivity. Preparing and presenting project updates to relevant stakeholders, including clients and senior management. Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. Proven experience in project management and construction management. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. Strong knowledge of construction cost control and basic accounting principles. Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
