Job Overview We are looking for dedicated and caring individuals for a variety of hourly bartender positions who are fanatical about putting a smile on Players’ and fellow Playmakers’ faces. The bartender will play a vital role in keeping the bar experience energetic, friendly, and profitable. What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Bartender Positive Attitude – Keep the energy up, even on busy nights. One Team Mentality – Teamwork is essential. Player Focus – Create the best experience possible for every Player. Ability to Thrive in a Popular Environment – Stay calm when the bar is full. Previous Experience Behind the Bar – Knowledge of mixed drinks, alcohol and non‑alcohol service in a fast‑paced setting. Responsibilities Greet Players with energy and personality, welcoming them to the bar experience. Upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades to enhance the visit. Mix a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to perfection. Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area, including glassware and supplies. Collaborate with other Playmakers to deliver top‑notch service, ensuring every Player feels like a VIP. Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bar environment safe and compliant. Remain on your feet for the duration of most shifts. Engage in continuous physical activity during shifts. Maintain endurance to keep pace in a high‑volume environment.
