Occupational Therapist

This position is responsible for enhancing, participating, and supporting patient care with a focus on quality and safety. The Occupational Therapist, with a physician referral, is authorized to treat patients in accordance with Occupational Therapy Practice Guidelines. The Occupational Therapist will work in an interdisciplinary manner with other departments in order to provide quality care. Must demonstrate proficiency and proper utilization of the electronic medical record, including proper documentation. Position is primarily outpatient and home health with occasional inpatient coverage. Primarily scheduled Monday through Friday. Position urgency is normal.
