Job Summary and Qualifications

This position involves working five eight-hour shifts.

As a liaison for patients, nurses, and providers in the care pathway for chest pain and ACS/AMI patients, you will:

• Manage the daily census list.
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards and core measures.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and providers to adhere to evidence-based care standards.
• Communicate follow-up needs to the care team regarding patient care.

Additionally, you will be an active member of the Cardiovascular Services Multidisciplinary team and committee, responsible for:

• Reporting TCD scorecard metrics on overall program performance.
• Facilitating performance improvement projects related to clinical performance variances with clinical teams and committees.

Qualifications Required:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma.
