The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in international estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and companies, with a focus on cross-border tax planning and wealth management structures. Duties Advise U.S. and non-U.S. taxpayers on multi-jurisdictional tax and legal considerations. Engage in planning for foreign trusts, pre-immigration, and expatriation. Assist with the purchase of U.S. property by non-U.S. persons. Ensure compliance with tax and reporting obligations for overseas interests. Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in sophisticated international estate planning. Strong technical, professional, and client service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skills. Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration. Effective problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently. Member in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Expertise in cross-border tax planning and wealth management. Proficiency in handling complex legal matters independently. Ability to develop creative solutions to meet client needs.
