Nuestro cliente en Bolingbrook, IL, busca trabajadores generales flexibles para unirse a su equipo. ¡No se requiere experiencia previa en fabricación! Lo importante es una sólida ética de trabajo y la capacidad de trabajar en equipo. Esta opción es ideal para quienes necesitan un horario flexible según las necesidades de producción . Podrías mezclar productos, pesar/escalar material, empacar material o abastecer nuestras líneas con producto.

Job: Trabajador General de Producción
Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Pay Rate & SHIFT:
1st shift 6am-2:30PM $15.50
2nd shift 2PM-10:30PM $16.00
3rd shift 10pm-6:30am $16.50

Funciones y responsabilidades del puesto:
Inspeccionar el producto para verificar su calidad y detectar cualquier signo de contaminación por materiales extraños. Abastecer las líneas de producción según sea necesario. Responsable de la correcta colocación del producto en la línea o en contenedores, cajas o palés. Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada. Realizar todas las demás tareas que se le asignen. Conocimientos, habilidades y aptitudes requeridas: Debe tener conocimientos de BPM o disposición para aprender.

Suficientes habilidades matemáticas.
Debe tener la capacidad de comprender y seguir todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad. Se prefiere saber leer y escribir en inglés. Se prefiere diploma de bachillerato o equivalente, pero no es un requisito.

Entorno laboral y requisitos físicos:
Este puesto es un trabajo diario y sus jornadas laborales variarán según las necesidades del cliente y su disponibilidad. Este es un entorno de fabricación y estará expuesto a diversas máquinas, niveles de ruido y temperaturas variables. Este es un entorno de trabajo en equipo. Todos los empleados deben poder trabajar juntos y comunicarse de forma respetuosa y profesional. Capacidad para trabajar de pie y con las manos durante todo el turno. Capacidad para levantar al menos 11 kg.
