**Required Certifications:** BLS and NRP, EFM training & Int AWHONN FHM preferred **Years of Experience:** 2+ min in recent acute care setting with caring for 2 patients **Must Have Skills/Experience:** Experience in team-based high acuity environment, comfortable with 2 patients, good problem-solving skills, fetal monitoring, OB emergencies & rapid response, independently managing laboring patients including high risk, excellent communication, critical thinking, time management **Preferred Skillset/Experience:** Two years of current inpatient, acute care hospital experience. **Qualifications:** Active Registered Nurse (RN), Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery / Labor & Birth experience in an acute care hospital setting, Demonstrated ability to independently manage laboring patients, including high risk obstetric cases, Strong skills in fetal monitoring and interpretation, Labor support and coaching, Medication administration and IV therapy, Obstetric emergencies and rapid response, Experience working in a team-based, high acuity environment, Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management skills, Ability to adapt quickly to new workflows, policies, and electronic medical records.
