Intensive Care Nurse

ICU / CCU Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Assignment Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM Assignment: 13 Weeks Position Overview We are seeking an experienced ICU/CCU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, high-quality care to critically ill patients. The RN will be responsible for comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, clinical interventions, and ongoing evaluation while working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Key Responsibilities Assess, monitor, and evaluate critically ill patients throughout the shift. Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs. Provide direct nursing care while maintaining patient safety and clinical standards. Recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately to clinical needs. Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patient response. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care. Delegate appropriate responsibilities and provide supervision to support staff. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete patient documentation. Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with facility policies. Promote a safe environment and ensure high standards of patient care.
