The Clinical Team Lead – Rehabilitation combines direct patient care with frontline leadership, dedicating approximately 80% of time to patient care and 20% to administrative responsibilities. In addition to providing comprehensive physical therapy services, this role supports the department by assisting the manager with daily operations, monitoring productivity and financial performance, and helping the team achieve operational and patient care goals. The Clinical Team Lead serves as a clinical resource and mentor to caregivers, promotes efficient workflow, supports quality improvement initiatives, and collaborates with leadership to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and a high-performing rehabilitation team.This is a full-time role. A caregiver in this position works Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm or 10:00am to 7:00pm. 2 late nights per week and 2 mornings from 7:00am to 4:00pm will be required. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Perform initial and on-going assessments of patient condition. Establish, revise and evaluate a plan of care appropriate to problems identified and involve the patient/family according to their capabilities and desires. Perform therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the age and condition of the patient. Supervise activities of Physical Therapy Assistants, students and other support personnel. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy or a Master's Degree in Speech Language PathologyAppropriate license in respective clinical discipline (PT, OT, SLP) in order to allow advanced levels of practice.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross certification required for Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists.Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross certification may be required at certain sites for Speech Language Pathologists.Minimum five years therapy experience and understanding of the product lines and operational metrics.Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Previous supervisory experience preferredPhysical TherapistExperience working with Orthopaedic patientsPhysical Requirements: Ability to walk without assistive device and to maintain balance despite sudden load in order to support patient from falling during gait training.Ability to lift and reach with arms sufficiently to lift patient's arm and leg during therapeutic treatment program.Sensation of touch and manual dexterity to be able to palpate muscle tension or to monitor patient pulse.Visual acuity to observe patient's gross and fine motor movements in order to analyze these movements.Ability to speak clearly enough to instruct patients and families who may not be able to read, and for employee communications.Ability to hear or understand patient's description of symptoms and response to treatment.Mental ability to interpret clinical data for the establishment and implementation of appropriate patient treatment.Requires analytical, critical thinking and judgment skills.Personal Protective Equipment: Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required. Pay RangeMinimum Annual Salary: $76,540.00Maximum Annual Salary: $116,747.50The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
