Procurement Data Analyst

Overview Procurement Data Analyst – Empower Digital Procurement Transformation. Position will sit in Tampa, Florida or Midlothian, Texas. Join a dynamic team where your expertise in data analytics, visualization, and reporting will directly impact operational efficiency across procurement. Responsibilities Analyze and improve source-to-pay processes using Ariba. Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions. Support system testing, go-lives, and supplier onboarding. Create training materials and documentation for end users. Monitor compliance and contribute to sustainability initiatives. Qualifications Four year degree. 2-4 years’ experience focused on data analytics, ideally in manufacturing. 1-2 years’ experience with SAP Ariba; Power BI is a must. Proficiency with Power BI, Databricks, statistical analysis along with common programs (PowerPoint, Word and Excel), Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Experience in creating and maintaining automated reporting systems and databases. Experience with Microsoft Azure (Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure Functions) and automation of business processes. Familiarity with SAP ERP, P2P, and procurement best practices. Experience in planning and performing data analysis projects and processes from start to finish. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Resourceful self-starter with a proactive mindset.
