Pay: $24.00-$35.00/hour DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Grand Cane, LA

Job Overview


Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Analyst for an established oilfield services company in Grand Cane, LA. This position plays a key role in supporting multiple operating locations by tracking expenses, managing documentation, and ensuring accurate administrative and financial records. The ideal candidate has a strong administrative mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a background in accounting, finance, or business operations.

Responsibilities

• Track and reconcile operating expenses for multiple plant locations
• Review and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other operational documentation
• Assist with accounts payable, expense tracking, and basic financial reporting
• Maintain organized records and ensure documentation accuracy
• Coordinate with five plant locations to collect and verify operational data
• Support day-to-day administrative functions for the operations team
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other operational documents
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and management
• Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving documentation or reporting issues
• Perform additional administrative and analytical duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Oilfield industry experience, preferably within the midstream sector
• Experience using NetSuite ERP software
• Previous experience supporting multi-site operations
