Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative activities and help maintain an efficient and professional workplace. Responsibilities Assist with daily office and administrative activities. Organize and maintain documents, records, and routine paperwork. Answer and direct incoming calls and messages as needed. Assist with routine scheduling and coordination. Maintain organized office areas and supplies. Support team members with general administrative tasks. Assist with customer and visitor requests when needed. Maintain accurate records and organized information. Help ensure office activities are completed efficiently. Communicate office needs and updates to appropriate team members. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
