We're on the lookout for passionate individuals that will elevate our vibrant culture and join us in delivering unparalleled service to our valued team members, residents, investors, and partners.Compensation: $25 - $27/hour, depending on experience, plus potential to earn leasing commission and renewal bonuses!The Multi-Site Leasing Manager provides leasing, administrative, and training support across a portfolio of 12+ apartment communities throughout the Minneapolis metro area. This fast-paced, highly visible role is ideal for a flexible and confident professional who thrives on variety, can quickly adapt to new environments, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while supporting property teams wherever needed. The position offers the opportunity to work with communities ranging from 75 to 500+ units and play a key role in maintaining strong leasing performance across the portfolio.Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional weekend coverage as needed.Job Description:Handle all duties and tasks for two or more apartment communitiesSuccessfully train and manage the leasing teamLead leasing team in sales effortsDirect leasing team in external marketing and advertising effortsDevelop and successfully execute marketing plansProvide exceptional customer service to the community members and future community membersAssist in completing market surveys as neededShow, lease, and move in prospective community membersUpdate unit availability dailyProcess rental applicationsProcess maintenance requestsReceive collections in accordance with Trinity's standardsClerical and phone supportMaintain all community members' files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all file documentationInspected all apartment homes to ensure all are move-in ready to Trinity's standards prior to move-inDemonstrate ability to resolve resident complaints and direct pertinent issues and matters to SupervisorConduct community members' move-out unit walks as neededAdditional tasks or duties assigned by SupervisorEssential Functions:Skills include an excellent ability to address the needs of community members, prospects, and vendors. Other essential skills include but are not limited to:Plan and execute all on-site/off-site marketing and advertisingSuccessfully organize and promote community events to current community members and future community membersFacilitate all aspects in the community leasing processAbility to lead leasing team by example in a professional mannerPossess a positive attitudeHandle high stress situations effectivelyExhibit strong leadership skillsExcellent communication skillsAdministrative and organizational skillsTime management skills and ability to prioritize wiselyCustomer service orientationStrong sales backgroundKnowledge of state law as it relates to fair housingQualifications:Marketing and Advertising:Extensive knowledge in social mediaExcellent leasing and closing skillsComputer Skills:Intermediate computer and internet knowledgeIntermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and OutlookPrefer knowledge of the following software programs: Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident CheckLearning and Development:Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional development and career growth through our company's continuing education programsEducation:High school education or equivalent is requiredAssociates or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredAbility to fluently read and write English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions, and use all on-site resident management software functionsProfessional Experience:Minimum of two year as a leasing consultant in the Multi-family IndustryMinimum of one year in a management position related to marketing and/or advertising in the Multi-family industry or related fieldSpecial Requirements:Physical Demands:The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms, and hands. The team member may occasionally be required to climb. The team member will be required to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods of time. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed.Attendance/Travel:This is a full-time position and may require the availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events is also required.We've Got You Covered!Medical, Dental & Vision.
