Position: Insurance Producer (Full-Time)

Location: Tracy, CA

Schedule: Monday Friday (No weekends!)

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $40,000 $50,000 + Commission

Unlimited earning potential with commission structure

We cover your initial licensing costs

Ongoing training and mentorship

Career growth opportunities within the agency

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Build and maintain client relationships

Quote and sell insurance policies (auto, home, life, business)

Educate clients on coverage options and risk management

Follow up with leads and close sales

Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

Qualifications

Strong communication and people skills

Sales experience is a plus (not required)

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Willingness to obtain insurance license (we pay for it)

People who are competitive and money-motivated

Strong communicators who are not afraid to talk to people

Self-starters who dont need to be micromanaged
