Regional CDL A Driver

We are a Michigan‑based, family‑owned trucking company looking for (2) experienced CDL A Drivers. This is a W‑2 role and we will interview and hire qualified candidates immediately. Responsibilities Report to the terminal in Jenison to start each weekly run; trucks cannot be taken home. Drive a consistent 5‑day schedule with a minimum 34‑hour reset each week. Complete at least 2 loads per week, leaving Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday. Drive primarily in the Eastern region (MI, OH, PA, occasional NY, NJ, DE) with no NYC routes. Maintain a weekly mileage of 2,700–3,300 miles. Requirements Valid, up‑to‑date Class A CDL. Minimum 2 years of CDL A driving experience (local applies). No more than 3 jobs in the last 2 years (layoffs, closures, unemployment reviewed case‑by‑case). Fully willing to run the East; no NYC required. Ability to run two trips weekly, totaling 2,600–3,300 miles. Orientation Process Orientation is handled through Fleet Compliance Group located 15 minutes away. It includes all DOT file work, drug screening, and a road test with the hiring manager. Orientation lasts one day and pays $200. Meals and lodging are the employee’s responsibility. Drug test is urine only. Pay & Earnings Starting pay: $0.58–$0.60 CPM. Average miles: 2,500–3,100 per week. Weekly earnings average: $1,500–$1,700.
