Summary About the Role: The Clinical Pharmacist - Oncology at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland works at the center of interdisciplinary care, collaborating directly with prescribers and mentoring pharmacy support staff within the in-patient hospital setting. Responsibilities Oversee preparation and dispensing of medications, perform medication order verification and computer entry in the pharmacy information system Provide clinical consultation to physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals on drug selection, dosing, and interactions Identify, recommend, resolve, and prevent medication-related problems through direct interventions with prescribers Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) required Current Registered Pharmacist licensure in the State of Maryland required experience in Oncology pharmacy preferred Perks Free on-site parking Employee wellness programs, mental health support, and fitness discounts About Sinai Hospital Sinai Hospital of Baltimore is a nationally recognized academic medical center, a designated Level II Trauma Center, and the largest community hospital in Maryland.
